WARREN THOMAS HAY
July 28th, 1959 – November 3rd, 2013
It is with the deepest regret that we announce the passing of Warren.
He is lovingly remembered by his parents, Shirley and Tom Hay, his sister Janis and his brother Greg (Josephine) and family son Jackson and daughter Generva.
Warren is also survived by his son Tyler (Elisha) and their children, Jase and Hailey.
There are also numerous other relatives and a host of friends left to mourn.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation has take place and no services are planned.
In lieu of other tributes, donations if desired may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta, 10985 – 124 Street, Edmonton, Alberta, T5M 0H9 in memory of Warren Thomas Hay.
