LATIMER, Thomas
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Thomas Latimer of Grande Cache, Alberta on June 10th, 2012 at the age of 86 years.
Thomas is survived by his loving wife Mary of Grande Cache, Alberta, and his son Lawrence (Janine) Latimer of Spruce Grove, Alberta.
Thomas was a long time resident of Grande Cache. He was an avid gardener who was loved by many friends.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Graham and Sue Smith (honorary family) for their tremendous support given to Thomas and Mary. They would also like to thank Dr. Gillett and the hospital staff for their care and concern.
Following cremation, a memorial service celebrating Thomas’ life will be held on Friday, June 15th, 2012 at 2:00 PM at the United Church in Grande Cache, Alberta, with Reverend Bonita Chad officiating.
In lieu of other tributes, donations can be made to the Grande Cache Community Health Complex. 10200 Shand Avenue, Grande Cache, Alberta, T0E 0Y0, in memory of Thomas Latimer.
