Thomas Allan Cameron passed away suddenly but peacefully on November 24, 2016 in Edmonton at the Royal Alexandra Hospital. Tom was born Nov 11, 1960 in Burnaby, BC. He lived and worked in many places, finally settling in Peers, AB. He was very much educated in the school of life. He would love to tell stories of his career as a mover or when he was working at Agriland. Tom had a strong mind and loved heartfelt discussions where everyone was allowed their opinions whether or not he agreed with them. He loved auctions and garage sales where he was always looking for deals he could pass on to others. Tom was the go - to guy in the community for all things …. tires and most things out of the ordinary. Tom is survived by his life partner Shelley who was by his side right to the end. He is also survived by one son Jason Cameron, of Surrey, BC and one brother Jim Cameron of Peers, AB. He will be deeply missed by friends and family and all who knew him.
There will be a celebration of life in the spring of 2017. As an expression of sympathy and in loving memory of Tom and in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a local charity of one’s choice.
