KUEFLER, Rolland (Bart)
It is with deep regret and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Rolland (Bart) Kuefler of Edson, Alberta on October 14th, 2013 at the age of 87 years.
Surviving are his sons Gary (Eva) Kuefler of Edson, Alberta, and Blaine (Suzanne) Kuefler of Whitecourt, Alberta, and daughter Colaine (Gordon) Chapman of Tofield, Alberta.
Also surviving are his eleven grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren, his brother Dick (Anne) Kuefler and family of Lacombe, Alberta, his sister Charmaine (Barrie) Skinner and family of Victoria, British Columbia, and his sister-in-law Ethel Kuefler and family of Grande Prairie, Alberta.
There are numerous other relatives and a host of friends left to mourn as well.
Rolland was predeceased by his loving wife Irene in 2002, son Mark in 1995, brother Chick Kuefler in 1994, as well as by his parents Barthel and Rose Marie Kuefler.
Prayer services took place on Friday, October 18th, 2013 at 7:00 PM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edson and a Mass of Christian Burial followed on Saturday, October 19th, 2013 at 11:00 AM. with interment in Glenwood Cemetery, Edson, Alberta.
In lieu of other tributes, donations if desired may be made to the Edmonton Epilepsy Association, 11007 – 124 Street, Edmonton, Alberta, T5G 3H7 in memory of Rolland (Bart) Kuefler.
