It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Norma Clarke, a longtime resident of Whitecourt. She passed away peacefully at the Edson Longterm Care Center on August 18, 2021, at the age of 82 years, after a long and courageous battle with dementia.
She will be lovingly remembered by her husband George, of Whitecourt, AB, and son Zane (Aimee), of Whitecourt, AB, as well granddaughter Amelia.
Norma was predeceased by her Mother, Elizabeth Nielsen and Father, Normal Jones, as well as brother Marvin Nielsen and sister, Frances Huppe.
A private inurnment will take place at a date yet to be determined.
In loving memory of Norma, in lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of Alberta.
