HODGSON, Morley Campbell
Morley Campbell Hodgson, beloved husband of 63 years to Marie Antoinette Hodgson, passed away on November 19th, 2013 in Edson, Alberta at the age of 86 years.
Remembering Morley fondly, is his wife Toni and his children, Beverly (Mike), Bob (Joan), Ted (Noreen), Pat (Les), David and Laura (Enzo) as well as his 18 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
Morley is also survived by his sister Dawn, brother-in-law Arlo, sister – in - law and brother - in- law Betty and Dinty, brother – in - law Marcel and brother – in – law and sister-in-law Rene and Nadia as well as numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
A funeral mass was celebrated at 11:00 AM, Thursday, November 28th, 2013 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 4803 – 6th Ave. Edson, Alberta with Father Joselito Cantal Celebrant.
The family is planning a Memorial Service at a later date.
The family wishes to thank the Long Term Care nursing staff at the Edson Healthcare Centre for all the care and love they provided to Morley.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to Scarborough Mission, 2685 Kingston Road, Scarborough, Ontario, M1M 1M4 or “vanilla dipped” donuts from Tim Horton’s to the Long Term Care nursing staff at Edson and District Healthcare Centre, 4716 – 5th Ave., T7E 1S8 in memory of Morley Campbell Hodgson.
