YEOMANS, Mildred
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our mother, Baba, and sister, Mildred Yeomans, on December 20, 2016.
Mildred was born, Mafilda Paschak, on the homestead in the Droston District on May 23, 1931.
She will be missed, by her daughter, Patricia Foster (Ted), her son Randy Iwanciwski (Roni), her beloved grandchildren, Gemma Huber (Dean), Laurel Foster (Mark), Zosia Ferguson (Matt), Spencer Foster (Candace), Nadiya Iwanciwski (Russ) and her two great grandchildren, Lincoln Foster and Sofia Ferguson. Mildred also leaves to mourn her passing her brother Miroslav Paschak (Geraldine), brother Peter Paschak (Freda), sister Olga MacKay, sister Carol Miluch (Paul) and sister Irene Deverdenne (Leon). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
Mildred was predeceased by her parents Maria and Dymetro Paschak, husband William Iwanciwski (1965), husband Victor Yeomans (1993), infant brother Nicholas, brothers Fred Paschak and William Paschak and brother in law Russ MacKay.
Visitation will take place on December 27, 2016 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm in the Foothills Memorial Chapel, 5040, 6th Avenue Edson. A Mass of the Resurrection will take place on December 28, 2016 at 11:00 am in Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial be held on January 6, 2017 at 11:00 am in Glenwood Cemetery, Edson, AB.
As an expression of sympathy and in loving memory of Mildred, memorial contributions may be made to Edson Continuing Care Centre, 3825-6th Ave. Edson, AB T7E 0C5.
The family wishes to thank all those who have cared for Mildred over the last 2 and ½ years. Your kindness and compassion to Mildred and her family has been greatly appreciated.
