ACORN, Mervin Chauncey
On March 12th, 2013, Mervin Chauncey Acorn of Peers, Alberta passed away at the age of 92 years.
Left to mourn his loss, his loving family: his daughter Elizabeth Ann "Betty Ann" (Allan) Burnett of Vancouver, BC and their children; daughter Sarah Ann Burnett of Edmonton, AB and son Samuel Elijah Burnett at home, his son Mervin Douglas (Sharon) Acorn of Grande Cache, Alberta and their children Jeffery (Jackie) and their children Bailey Rae and Andrew and great grandson of Swan Hills, Alberta and Jason (Erin) and their children Taylor, Sophie and Amanda of Red Deer, Alberta, his son Robert Cecil (Marylynn) Acorn of Peers, Alberta and their children Gregory (Lyn) of Edson, AB and Candace Acorn of Edmonton, Alberta.
There are numerous other relatives and many friends left to mourn.
Chauncey was predeceased by his wife Ruth in 1982 as well as his parents Elmer and Clara Acorn and siblings Holland Acorn, Keith Acorn and Eileen Moore (nee Acorn).
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will take place on June 1st, 2013 at 2:00 PM at the Peers Campsite.
