STAKICH, Mary
On June 22nd, 2014, Mrs. Mary Stakich, long – time Edson resident passed away at the age of 94 years.
Mary is survived by her loving family daughter Helen and husband Doug of Calgary and their children Lauri and David and children Sara and Chloe and Barb and Nick and children Isabel and Stephan all of Calgary, daughter Marg Wohl of Calgary and her children Carol and husband Tamer and children Mia and Eva, Greg an wife Sandra and children Ashley Aiden and Tyler, and her son Nick Stack of Camrose, Alberta. Also surviving are brothers John Matonovich and family of Kamloops, BC and Mike Matonovich of Calgary, Alberta and her sister Mary (Andy) Huber and family of Kamloops, BC. There are numerous other relatives and many friends left to mourn,
Mary was predeceased by her husband John in 1973 and her son Richard in 2008 as well as her parents Nick and Eva Matonovich and sisters Annie and Mara.
Funeral services were held on Friday, June 27th, 2014 at 2:00 PM at the Foothills Memorial Chapel and interment followed in Glenwood Cemetery.
