LALONDE, Marlene Matilda

On November 29th, 2011, Marlene Matilda Lalonde, beloved wife of Ronald passed away in Edson at the age of 68 years.

Besides her loving husband Ronald, Marlene is survived by her daughter Shelley (Lyle)

Paulson of Vernon, British Columbia, her son Blake (Cathy) Lalonde of Fox Creek, Alberta and their children; Jessica (Leon) Corser and their son Hayden, Melissa (Cameron) Grove of Red Deer, Alberta, Nicole Lalonde (Jordan) of Lethbridge, Alberta, Danny McKenzie of Edmonton, Alberta, Nikki (Nick) Stanton and their son Maddox of Edmonton, Alberta, Matthew Lalonde and Emily Lalonde at home,

and son Rod (Jodi) Lalonde of Grande Prairie, Alberta and their children Demi, Makayla and Teigan at home.

Also surviving is her brother Bob (Lucille) Wanner and family of Brooks, Alberta and sister Carol Dressler and family of Calgary, Alberta, and her sister-in-law Karen (Dale) Dieterle and family of Burstall, Saskatchewan. There are numerous other relatives and many friends left to mourn.

Marlene was predeceased by her parents, her father Ralph in1987 and her mother Edith in 1989 as well as one brother Lorne Wanner.

Following cremation, a memorial service was held on December 3rd, 2011 at 2 PM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Andrew officiating.

In lieu of other tributes, donations if desired may be made to the Edson Nursing Home, 4716 – 5th Ave. Edson, Alberta, T7E 1S8 in memory of Marlene Lalonde.
