DOWDELL, Marion Winnifred
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marion Winnifred Dowdell of Edson, Alberta on September 27th, 2015 at the age of 92 years.
Marion is survived by her beloved husband of 66 years, Keith, her sons: Eric (Linda) Dowdell of Sherwood Park, Alberta and David Dowdell of Edmonton, Alberta.
Marion is also survived by her grandchildren: Virginia, Elizabeth, Graeme, Derek and Nicholas, great granddaughter Bryn, as well as her brother Jack (Dorothy) Rogers and family of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
She was predeceased by her son Gerald in 2009 as well as her parents Charles and Jessie Rogers.
Following cremation, a memorial will be held on Thursday, October 1st, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the Edson United Church, Edson, Alberta with Rev. Kimberly Roy officiating.
In lieu of other tributes, the family suggests donation be directed to the Edson United Church, 1214 Edson Drive, T7E 1H6 in memory of Marion Winnifred Dowdell,
