LYPKIE, Marie
On November 19th, 2012, Mrs. Marie Lypkie of Edson, Alberta, beloved widow of
Fred Lypkie, passed away at the age of 91 years.
Marie is survived by her family, daughter Jean (Herman) Preer of Rosevear, Alberta, sons Bruce (Cathy) Lypkie of Red Deer, Alberta and Robert (Susan) Lypkie of Okotoks, Alberta.
Also surviving are her many grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as other relatives and a host of friends.
Marie was predeceased by her husband Fred in 1982, son Lester in 1973, son Don in 1979, daughter Florence Tomich in 1981, daughter Irene Lederer in 1982, daughter Margaret Smith in 1983 and daughter Debra Close in 1984.
Also predeceasing her were her 10 siblings.
Funeral services for Marie took place on Tuesday, November 27th, 2012 at 1:00 PM at St. Catherine’s Anglican Church with Rev. Ann Salmon officiating. Interment was followed in the Glenwood Cemetery, Edson, Alberta.
