TINDILL, Marianne Patricia
It is with great sadness that the family of Marianne announces her sudden passing on Thursday, March 16th at the age of 61 years.
She was born to Michael (Mickey) and Irene Banack on December 11th 1955 in Drumheller. She had five siblings, three sisters and two brothers. The family moved to Bawlf in 1960 where Marianne received her schooling. After leaving school she worked in various positions until traveling to Grande Cache to work for one of her cousins. It was there that she met Michael Tindill and they fell in love. The happiest day of her life was June 19th 1993 when she and her sweetheart Michael were married in Camrose, AB. They set up home in Edson and Marianne quickly made a niche for herself in the community. She worked at Mountain Pizza and Steakhouse for a number of years where she was very happy. Unfortunately, due to some health issues she had to give that work up. After some time, she was able to work again and started at the Independent Grocery Store where she worked until her passing.
She is survived by her loving husband Michael; her sisters Margie and Diane; aunts, uncles and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews and her many friends.
She was predeceased by her parents, Mickey and Irene; siblings Maxwell, Deborah and Gordon, and her beloved dog Jaycee.
Marianne was a loving, generous and caring lady who will be missed by her many family members and friends.
Memorial service will be held on Thursday March 23rd at 1.00 pm in St. Catherine’s Anglican Church with Pastor Ann Salmon officiating. A graveside service will be held in Camrose, AB at a later date.
