It is with profound sadness and deep regret that we announce the passing of our mother,
Audrey Woodhouse on September 1st, 2011 in Edson, Alberta at the age of 74 years.
Audrey is survived by her mother, Pauline Leong of Canmore, Alberta and her sons
Dale (Shirley) Woodhouse and his children Stephanie and Jesse of Ardrossan, Alberta,
Doug Woodhouse of Edson, Alberta, Duane (Annie) Woodhouse and their children Pauline, John and Jackie of Edson, Alberta and Dave (Shannon) Woodhouse and their children Dexter and Deanna of Edmonton, Alberta. Also surviving are her brothers Dick (Marie) Leong and Family and Jim Leong and family all of Canmore, Alberta and her sister Bev (Tony) Larose of Vancouver, British Columbia. There are numerous other relatives and many friends left to mourn.
Audrey was predeceased by her husband John in 1987 and her father Jack in 1986.
Following cremation, a memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 6th, 2011 at the Royal Canadian Legion in Edson with Pastor Steve Rigby officiating.
In lieu of other tributes, the family suggests donation be directed to the Community Care Foundation, care of The Edson and District Healthcare Complex, 4716 – 5th Ave., Edson, Alberta, T7E 1S8 in memory of Audrey Woodhouse.
