PAULSON, Kathleen Mary
Kay Paulson was born on June 16th, 1924 in Stony Plain, Alberta and passed away on August 19th, 2013 in Edson, Alberta
She was predeceased by her husband Ernest, mother and father Malcom and Margaret Morrison, Stepson Jim, and step – granddaughter Cindy.
Left with many wonderful memories are four sons, one daughter, four very special daughters-in-law and one special son-in-law Gerald (Valerie), Brian (Holly), Reid (Leslie), Lyle (Shelley), Sharen (Ken).
Adored by six grandsons and their families, Trevor (Mellissa, Kialer, Shayla, Taigen), Doug (Amanda, Mason), Murray (Kelly, Jessy, Eric), Mark, Michael (Melissa, Maddison, Olivia, Garnett) and David (Chantelle, Tanner, Alyssa).
Kay was exceptionally active for many years with bowling, senior trips, and playing cards with her very close friends, and going to the casino until her health no longer allowed.
By her request no formal service will be held and cremation has taken place.
Memorial donations may be directed to Edson Health Care Center for the long term care facility at 4716 ~ 5th ave, Edson, Alberta, T7E 1S8 or to a charity of the donor’s choice in memory of Kay Paulson.
