McEACHERN, Karen Bobbe (nee McIntyre)
August 28, 1939 - August 21, 2016
It is with great sadness that we announce Karen’s passing at the Hinton Hospital.
Karen was a long term resident of Jasper, Alberta. During her many years of work there, and later in retirement, she always enjoyed a large circle of close friends.
Karen is survived by her son Stewart (Joyce), grandchildren Kelly (Andrew), and Graeme; her sister Kim (Wayne), nephew Dean (Hitomi), and great niece Angela; as well as many other nieces and nephews.
Karen was predeceased by her parents John Robert and Patricia McIntyre.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 27th, at 1:00 pm in the Royal Canadian Legion in Edson. We invite all family and friends to share in the celebration of Karen’s life.
We gratefully acknowledge and thank the medical staff and doctors at the Hinton Hospital and Jasper Hospital.
