LYON, Jazmine Hope
On November 29th, 2015, Jazmine Hope Lyon was tragically taken away at the age of 16 years.
Jasmine is survived by her siblings; Andrew Lyon (Bayley) of Niton Junction, Alberta, William Heintz, Paul
Heintz Jr., and Nikita Heintz all of Carrot Creek, Alberta.
Also surviving is her maternal grandmother Sharon (Charlie) Goodale of Niton Junction, Alberta and
maternal grandfather Hector Berube of Leduc, Alberta.
There are numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and many friends left to mourn.
Jazmine was joined in death by her mother Roxanne Ruth Berube on November 29th, 2015
Memorial services for Jazmine and Roxanne took place on Saturday, December 12th, 2015 at 2:00 PM
at the Niton Community Hall, Niton Junction, Alberta with Pastor George Stone officiating.
Interment to take place at a later date.
In lieu of other tributes, donations if desired may be made to the Stollery Children’s Hospital
College Plaza, 8215 – 112 Street, Edmonton, Alberta – T6G 2C8 in memory of Jazmine Hope Lyon.
