PREER, Herman Albert
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Herman Preer of Rosevear, Alberta on April 5th, 2015 in Edson, Alberta at the age of 82 years.
Herman is survived by his loving wife Jean of 52 years, his children; his son Lance (Cheryl) of Rosevear, Alberta and children, his son Wayne (Shelly) of Rosevear, Alberta and children and his daughter Rena of Rosevear, Alberta and children.
Also surviving is his sister Wilma Bacon of Kelowna, British Columbia as well as numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
Herman was predeceased by his mother Wilhelmine in 1981, his father Fred in 1966 as well as sisters Louise in 1983 and Elfreida in 1988.
Funeral services took place at the Grace Lutheran Church in Edson, Alberta on Thursday, April 9th, 2015 at 2:00 PM with Rev Ann Salmon officiating.
Interment followed in the Glenwood Cemetery, Edson, Alberta.
In lieu of other tributes, the family suggests donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of Alberta and NWT, 10531 Kingsway Ave., Edmonton, Alberta – T5E 4K1 in memory of Herman Albert Preer.
