It is with heavy hearts the family announces the passing of Harold Clifford Mclean of Niton Junction, Alberta on October 23, 2017, at the Edson Medical Center at the age of 78 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Until we meet again.”
Left to cherish treasured memories are his family; daughter Shannon (Gerald) Putzel of Brownsville, Texas; daughter Kristine (Garry) Titford of Rocky Mountain House, Alberta; son Jason (Nicole) McLean of Niton Junction, Alberta; son Sean (Lisa) McLean of Tappen, British Columbia; daughter Sarah McLean of Niton Junction, Alberta; Son Adam (Erin) of Niton Junction, Alberta. Also surviving are his grandchildren Christopher (Dyan), Michael, Matthew, Kaitlan, Dennis, Luke, Sarah, Justin, Shauna, Ethan, Addison and Lorelai, and great grandchildren Kendra, Tristan and Jaxson. Also surviving is his sister Dorothy Campbell of Ontario. There are numerous other relatives and many friends left to mourn.
Harold was predeceased by his infant son Joseph McLean in 1972, his wife Doreen McLean in 2012, his parents Georgina and Cyril McLean and sister Frances Geekie.
Funeral Mass will be held on Monday October 30, 2017 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edson, Alberta at 1:00 P.M.
The family would like to express thanks and appreciation to Dr. Rod Oishi, Marilyn Oishi, Dr. Jo Ann Robinson, Dr. Jennifer Spratlin, and Dr. Nawaid Usmani, Lana Schuweiler, and Dayna Wolfe.
