BIRKETT, Harold Raymond
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Harold Raymond Birkett, beloved husband of Dianne on October 26th, 2012 at the age of 76 years.
Besides his loving wife Dianne, Harold is survived by his children: son Dean (Laureen) Birkett of Elk Point, Alberta and their children Aleshia and Derrick, daughter Debbie Renchler and her son Jeremy Thiessen and son Jackie Renchler, son Raymond (Tami) Birkett of Edson, Alberta and their children Desiree, Jordan, Hugh and Noah, son Wade Birkett of Edson, Alberta and his son Causie, daughter Bonnie (Doyle) Eggie of Edson, Alberta and their children Joshua (Jenna), Larissa (Steven), Justin and Callie, daughter Peggy (Steven) McNeil of High River, Alberta and their children Taneeka, Riley, Leora and Dianne, and son John Birkett of Edson, Alberta. Also surviving are his siblings, Roy Birkett, Joyce Robinson and family and Brenda Greg) Cooper all of Kitscoty, Alberta.
There are numerous other relatives and many friends left to mourn as well.
Harold was predeceased by his parents Charley and Agnus Birkett, brother Charles Birkett, sister Eileen Swyrpia and brother Donnie Birkett.
Funeral services for Harold Raymond Birkett was held on Wednesday, October 31st, 2012 at 2:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion Hall in Edson, Alberta with Rev. Lexi Nash officiating. Interment will follow in the Glenwood Cemetery.
In lieu of other tributes, the family suggests donation be directed to the Edson and District Healthcare Centre, 4716 – 5th Ave., Edson, Alberta – T7E 1S8 to be used to purchase equipment, in memory of Harold Raymond Birkett.
