PROULX, GERARD ODILON
With great sadness the family of Gerard Proulx announce his passing on October 19, 2010 at Hinton, Alberta. Gerard was 88 years old.
Left to mourn his loss and cherish all that he was is his loving family; wife, Yvette of Hinton, Alberta and their children, Yvette (Raymond) Carrier and their family of Val D’or, Quebec, Claudette (Bernard) Deschamps and their family of Blaineville, Quebec, Michel Gaudreau of Hinton, Alberta, Omer Gaudreau (Carole Tremblay) of St. Ours, Quebec, and Irene Proulx (Doug Eccleston) and their children Sasha and Cole Eccleston of Hinton, Alberta. Gerard is also survived by many numerous nieces, nephews and many, many good friends.
Gerard was predeceased by his mother and father, Eugine and Olivine Proulx, sons, Claude Gaudreau and Robert Gaudreau, daughter, Viviane Gaudreau, brothers Jean-Paul Proulx and Simon Proulx and sister Irene Proulx.
Memorial services were held on Monday, October 25 2010 at 3:30 PM at Our Lady of the Foothills Catholic Church in Hinton, Alberta with Father Brian Inglis presiding. Cremation has taken place.
