In Loving Memory of Geertje Vanderveer Mulder March 20, 1929 May 28, 2014
After a lengthy battle with dementia Geertje passed away at the age of 85.
Geertje will always be loved and remembered by her five children; Cecil (Lori), Marcus (Lorraine), Dyoek, Nancy (Wayne), Susan (Murray).
Grandchildren; Nichole (Mark), Joseph (Danae), Clayton (Lynn), Curtis (Tracy), Amanda (Wally), Neesje, Todd (Alaina), Johannes, Anita (Steven), Jody (Travis), Melissa (Matthew), Garion (Chantelle), Kyle (Jody) & Kelly.
Great Grandchildren; Brett, Evan, Gage, Angel-Lee, Gabriel, Ginger, Dex, Sadie, Gabreille, Andie, Logan, Owen, Kailynn, Paiton, Taya, Meika, Jayden, Landon, Hailey-Ann, Aiden and Karsen.
Geertje is survived by one sister Meike Mulder Nijland. Nieces and nephews in Holland, Canada, USA and in England.
Geertje was predeceased by her husband Johannes, one infant son Markus, her parents Markus Mulder, Neesje (nee Philips)Mulder, sisters Lein Hoff-Mulder, Jantje Bathoorn-Mulder, brothers Hendrik and Geert Mulder.
A memorial service was held Saturday, June 7th, 2014. 1:00PM at the Peers Community Church. In lieu of flowers, charitable donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of Alberta & Northwest Territories 10531 Kingsway Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5E 4K1. In memory of Geertje Vanderveer.
