BRADEN, Frances Joy
It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Joy Braden on June 28th, 2015 in Edson, Alberta at the age of 74 years.
Joy is survived by her loving husband Les Braden of Yellowhead County, Alberta, daughters Cheryl Dawn (Ray) Neufeld, Wynn (Dion Lees) Schram and step daughter Laine Braden, step son Troy Braden and daughter in – law Kim Schram.
Also surviving are 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
There are numerous other relatives and a host of friends left to mourn.
Joy was predeceased by her parents Frances and Pete Neville, her daughter Ginger Louise Schram in 1966 and her son W.J. Darren Schram in 2004.
Following cremation, a “Celebration of Life” service was held on Saturday, July 4th, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion Hall in Edson, Alberta.
In lieu of other tributes, donations to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, 700 10665 Jasper Ave., Edmonton, Alberta, T5J 3S9 or to the charity of the donor’s choice in memory of Frances Joy Braden.
