BELCOURT, Florence
On March 27th, 2013, Florence Belcourt of Edson, Alberta passed away at the age of 79 years.
Left to mourn her loss and cherish her memory, her loving family, daughter Sherry (Gilbert) Arcand of the Alexander Reserve, Alberta and their children; Shannon, Lisa (Chris), Benjamin (Tracy), son Mark (Bernadette) Lund and their children Zach, Jebson and Kendra.
Also surviving are her siblings, Eleanor Taylor of Edson, Alberta, Floyd (Josephine) Belcourt of Marlboro, Alberta, Walter Belcourt of Edson, Alberta, Allen (Vickie) Belcourt, Bruce (Lind) Belcourt, Calvin Belcourt, Kimball Belcourt all of Marlboro, Alberta, Elaine (Barry) Pollard and Roy Belcourt all of Edmonton, Alberta, numerous great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter and her God child Michael Pollard of Edson, Alberta.
There are many other relatives and a host of friends left to mourn as well.
Florence was predeceased by her parents John and Mary Belcourt and siblings Vernon Belcourt, Sammy Belcourt, Janet Belcourt, Greg Belcourt and Audrey Lawrick.
A wake was held on Tuesday, April 2nd at 6:00 PM at the Marlboro Community Hall, Marlboro, Alberta and a Mass of the Resurrection followed on Wednesday, April 3rd, 2013 at 11:00 Am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Edson, Alberta with Father Joselito E. Cantal as Celebrant. Cremation followed this service.
In lieu of other tributes, donations to the Alberta Heart and Stroke Foundation, 10985 – 124 Street, Edmonton, Alberta T5M 0H9 in memory of Florence Belcourt is suggested by the family.
