PINEAU, Dorothy May (nee Arsenault)
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing Dorothy May Pineau of Hinton, Alberta on Friday, November 7th, 2014 at the age of 78 years.
Dorothy is survived by her loving family, daughter Monica French (Robert Oliver) of St. Albert, Alberta and her daughter Jessica Madigan of Edmonton, Alberta, son Gavin Pineau of Medicine Hat, Alberta and his son Kyle Pineau in Prince Edward Island, Canada, son Glenn (Dennette) Pineau of Whitecourt, Alberta and their children Tiffany and Joseph, son Paul (Shannon) Pineau of Red Deer, Alberta and their children Hunter and Kendal and son Peter (Dawne) Pineau of Hinton, Alberta and their children Samantha, Kayla and Brandon. Dorothy is also survived by her brother Ed Arsenault of Hinton, Alberta and numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
Dorothy was predeceased by her husband Cyrus Pineau in 1996, her granddaughter Tania Madigan in 1998 as well as her parents and two sisters and one brother.
Following cremation, a Memorial Service was held on Monday, November 10th, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of the Foothills Catholic Church in Hinton with Father Brian Inglis presiding. Interment followed in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Hinton, Alberta. In lieu of other tributes, donations if desired may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society of Alberta and NWT, 200, 325 Manning Road, NE, Calgary, Alberta – T2E 2P5 in memory of Dorothy May Pineau.
