GAUCHIER, Donald Kenneth
It is with regret that we announce the passing of Donald Kenneth Gauchier, beloved husband of Debbie, on April 12th, 2012 at the age of 68 years.
Besides his loving wife Debbie, Donald is survived by his children: Aldie Schacher of Fox Creek, Alberta, John Gauchier of Wildwood, Alberta, Denise Gauchier of Marlboro, Alberta, Donald Gauchier Jr, of Marlboro, Alberta, Darrell Gauchier of Edmonton, Alberta, Christine (Rob Murphy) of Edmonton, Alberta, Robert (Leslie) Gauchier of Edmonton, Alberta, Tyler Gauchier of Marlboro, Alberta and April Gauchier of Edmonton, Alberta.
Also surviving are his grandchildren; Gabrielle, Shannon, Amelia, Michael, Sabrina, Maryn, Lana, Lucas, Courteney, his great grandson Andy and god daughter Krystal.
Donald is also survived by his siblings: Rod (Isabelle) Gauchier and family, Lloyd Gauchier and family all of Edson, Alberta, Carol ( Lorne) Paul and family, Chris (Leonard) Plante and family all of Marlboro, Alberta and Terrance Gauchier of Calgary, Alberta as well as his sister in law Georgina Gauchier of Marlboro, Alberta.
Donald was predeceased by his parents, his mother Margaret in 1984 and his father John in 1988 as well as brothers Reg Gauchier and Jim Gauchier, sister Colleen Miller and an infant brother.
A wake service was held on Tuesday, April 17th, 2012 at 5:00 PM at the Marlboro Community Hall, Marlboro, Alberta and a Mass of Christian Burial followed on Wednesday, April 18th, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edson with Father Andrew as Celebrant. Interment followed in the Marlboro Cemetery, Marlboro, Alberta.
