1957 - 2017
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our dear husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend; Dennis Lee Schwitz of Wildwood, Alberta on July 19, 2017 at the age of 59 years.
Dennis is survived by his loving wife Sandra of Wildwood, his children Lee (Angie) of Shinning Bank, Tara (Ryan) of Lloydminster, Kevin (Jocelyn) of Edson, Sadie and Jeremey of Wildwood; grandchildren Reice, Autumn, Shayla, Aaron, Madison and Nixon. Dennis is also survived by his brothers and sisters; Alvenia, Alvin, Allen, Darlene, Lester and Wilfred as well as numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and many dear friends. Dennis was predeceased by his brother Elmer, his mother Sadie, sister Theodora and by his father Theodor.
A memorial service to commemorate Dennis’s life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion – Edson Branch # 51 on Friday, August 4, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. with the Rev. Kimberly Roy of the Edson United Church officiating. A reception and fellowship will immediately follow the memorial service.
As an expression of sympathy and in loving memory of Dennis, memorial contributions may be made to the Cross Cancer Institute at 11560 University Ave, Edmonton, AB T6G 1Z2.
