CHANDLER, David Michael
July 28th, 1979 – December 24th, 2012
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of David, our dear son into God’s hands at the age of 33 years.
David is survived by his parents, Gordon and Gwen Chandler of Edmonton, his sister Alicia Chandler, brother –in-law Jerry Hudyma and pride and joy, nephew Jerry Hudyma.
David is also survived by several other family members and a host of friends.
David was predeceased by his grandparents Lillian Chandler on March 14th, 1981, Williard Chandler on March 18th, 1993, Glyn Roberts on January 18th, 1989 and Thelma Roberts on August 11th, 2004.
We would like to thank the University of Alberta, Department of Psychiatry for their wonderful care of David’s health issues to keep him well, especially his friend “Bob”
Also “Thank you” to all the pallbearers and honorary pallbearers attending David’s funeral.
Funeral services for David took place on Saturday, January 5th, 2013 at 2:00 PM at the Foothills Memorial Chapel, 5040 – 6th Ave., Edson, Alberta. Interment followed in the Shining Bank Cemetery, Shining Bank, Alberta. Pastor Raul Gurdian officiating.
In lieu of other tributes, the family suggests donations be directed to the Schizophrenia Society of Alberta, 328 Capital Place, 97l07 – 110 Street, Edmonton, Alberta, T5K 2L9
in memory of David Michael Chandler.
