BAILEY, Daniel 1930 – 2014
It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Dan Bailey of Hinton, Alberta. Dan passed away peacefully on May 17th, 2014 at the age of 83 years, surrounded by his family.
He will lovingly be remembered by his special Lady Friend Anne Tkach, his children; Sandra, Donald Moore of Little Smoky, Alberta, Karen Long of Hinton, Alberta, Dale, Gerald Moore of Valleyview, Alberta, Rhonda Thompson of Stony Plain, Alberta, Robert and Mariette Bailey of Hinton, Alberta, and Melody, John Rougeau of Hinton, Alberta. Also left to mourn his passing are numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Dan was predeceased by his wife Reta, son Vincent and grandchildren Austin, Jessica and Danny.
Following cremation, a memorial service was held on Thursday, May 22nd, 2014 at 3:30 PM at the Hinton Community Centre, Hinton, Alberta with Pastor Bill Bulger officiating.
Interment followed in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Hinton, Alberta.
In lieu of other tributes, donations, if desired may be made to the Hinton S.P.C.A., 209 Kelley Road, Hinton, Alberta, T7V 1H2 in memory of Daniel Bailey.
