STRAUSS, Connie Norine
On August 12th, 2014, Connie Norine Strauss of Carrot Creek, Alberta, beloved wife of Donald Strauss passed away in Edson at the age of 59 years.
Besides her loving husband Donald, Connie is survived by her children son Edward (Brenna) Strauss of Niton Junction, Alberta and daughter Corinne (Kent) Dunsdon – Grant and their children Serena and Lindsey all of Carrot Creek, Alberta.
Also surviving is her mother Mrs. Dorothy Kjelland – Wright of Evansburg, Alberta, her siblings Keith (Barb) Kjelland and family of Wildwood, Alberta, Kevin (Karen) Kjelland and family of Lake Havasu, Arizona and Karen (Lowell) Gilbert and family of Whitehorse, Yukon.
There are numerous other relatives and a host of friends left to mourn as well.
Connie was predeceased by her father Stan Kjelland in 2011.
Following cremation, a memorial service will be held on August 18th, 2014 at 1:00 PM at The Niton Community Hall in Niton, Alberta with Mr. Ron Deleeuw officiating.
In lieu of other tributes donations if desired may be made to The Edson Healthcare Centre, 4716 – 5th Ave., Edson, Alberta, T7E 1S8 in memory of Connie Norine Strauss.
