WINTER, Charles Leo
It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to Charles Leo Winter on March 15, 2017. At the age of 57, Charles lost his battle to cancer surrounded by his loving family and friends.
Charles is survived by his mother, Donna Winter of Edson; his loving wife Brenda; son Christopher and daughter Janice (Dwayne) Duke of Edmonton. He will be missed dearly by his grandchildren, Anthony and Brianne Duke; stepchildren, Patrick (Shelly) Briere, Jennifer (Wade) Kettley, Adrian (Kelly) Briere; step- grandchildren, Wesley Kettley, Hailey Chisholm, Kobe Briere, Benjamin Briere and Daphne Sharp. His sister, Elizabeth (Peter) Jardine of Edson; nieces, Kandis (Wes) Jones, Trudy Jardine, Shawna (Nathan) MacBurnie; nephew Troy (Amanda) Jardine; great nephews Sterling Jones; his bestie, little bubba Steele Jones and two great nieces Charly Jones and Ellie MacBurnie.
He was predeceased by his father Charlie on May 31, 1991.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 24th at 11:00 am in The Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #51 with Reverend Kimberly Roy officiating.
