BROWN. Charles Leslie
On June 16th, 2012, following a long and courageous battle with cancer, Les passed away at home in Hinton at the age of 67 years, with his family by his side.
Les is survived by his loving wife Linda of Hinton, Alberta, his daughters Louise (Francis) Gale of Hinton, Alberta and Teresa (Curtis) Colbourne of Hinton, Alberta: his grandchildren; Danielle (Rod) Ahlskog of Edmonton, Alberta and Bob (Natalie) Gale of Leduc, Alberta, Jessie Krolouski (Malcolm Doepel) of Calgary, Alberta, Jeremy Krolouski of Yorkton, Saskatchewan, Jason Krolouski (Kelsie Nearing) and Billie Colbourne all of Hinton, Alberta,
Also surviving is his mother Edith Brown of Calgary, Alberta, his life long friend Irene Brown of Yorkton, Saskatchewan, his siblings, Barry (Yvonne) Brown and family of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Bob (Elaine) Brown and family of Milo, Alberta, Janette (Robert) Kelln and family and Jim (Verna) Brown and family all of Calgary, Alberta.
There are numerous other relatives and a host of friends left to mourn.
Les was predeceased by his father Charles in April of 1994.
A “Celebration of Life” service was held at The Hinton Centre in Hinton, Alberta at 11:00 AM, Saturday, June 30th, 2012.
