Pearl and Family,
Don was so good to Paul and I when we moved in next door. By allowing us to take power and gas from his property to ours, he saved us a lot of money. His actions were reflective of his generosity. We are happy that in the last few years, he got joy from watching our colts from his window! Pearl, if you ever need anything, we are a fence line away.
Don, rest in peace, free of pain. God Bless.

Pearl and Family
Our condolences on the passing of a true gentleman. Both Judy and I spent many hours in airplanes flying Don around and have nothing but the best of memories. He was a great story teller and a fellow you always wanted in your corner during a negotiation. He will be sorely missed but the memory lives on very strong.

I’m so sorry to hear of Don’s passing. My dad worked for Don from almost the beginning of Johnson and Herbert until his retirement and our family counted the Herbert family as good friends. Don was a source of strength for my father during all the years of my mother’s illness and I’m personally very grateful for Don’s kindnesses overthe years. My thoughts are very much with all of you.
