Was thinking of you and your beautiful family today. Ran into them unexpectedly-now I suspect you intervened somehow. Thanks for always looking out for them, for your looking out for your friends and offering advice and humour to all of us. Five years since you’ve past and while the pain still stands, you’d be in awe of the things your amazing family has accomplished. Sure do miss catching a beer with ya, big guy.

Thinking of you today, and your family. You were always a favourite guy to talk to. No one had a sense of humour, diplomacy and could command a room of people as fast as you. Many youth looked up to you as a 4-H Leader, and you had the respect of many adults. You will be missed infinitely!

I first met Bruce in the 80’s. He was a wonderful guy to work with. Had a great sense of humour. Bruce was our best leader. He will be missed by many.

“Someone told me long ago
There's a calm before the storm
I know, it's been comin' for some time
When it's over, so they say
It'll rain a sunny day
I know, shinin' down like water”

R.I.P. miss you more than you know. Thinking of you always, driving your truck, farming your land and playing music.

“Put a candle in the window
'Cause I feel I've gotta move
Though I'm goin', goin'
I'll be comin' home soon
Long as I can see the light”

Thinking of your beautiful family and the wonderful memories of jamming around a campfire, cranking up the tunes driving and your endless love for your girls. God Bless your family.

"And I'm rollin' down the open road
Where the daylight will soon be breaking
Right now I'm thinking 'bout these things that I know
But it's good time that we've been making"-- Much love on this day today. Thinking about your lovely family, and sending them my love. We had many a travels down the open roads, music blaring and wind blowing. Until we meet again my friend.

I knew Bruce when we were young, he came to the Queen Charlottes, Masset to be exact. We became friends almost immediately, I heard he went back to my home town once and looked me up, but I live in seattle now. I have thought of him often over the years, he was a kind and generous person and very much a pacifist when I knew him. Very sorry to hear of his passing, deepest sympathies for his family and friends. Mark also came to our town to visit Bruce. I am sad at the loss of my old friend, who I lost touch with, condolences, Dan Helmer

Gloria and Family,
So sad to hear of Bruce's passing. Bruce and I worked for 7 years together at NOVA Gas Transmission (1991-98). He was a great guy and he had a huge heart.
I remember playing NOVA hockey with him, he was a pretty intimidation force back on defence. We drove alot together to the compressor stations. Lots of long philosophical discussions! He was so funny....a truly good guy. And he was very proud of his girls.....

He'll be missed

Gloria, Jess, Mandy, and Becky. I was so sorry when Aunty Dot told me of Bruce's passing. The last time we visited he reminded me so much of Uncle Doug who was always such a kind sole.

I only met and knew Bruce through work with Nova/Transcanada pipelines. Couldn't ask for a nicer person. We both shared the love of the Yukon as we just lived hours apart in the Yukon. Always loved his Whitehorse and Gold panning stories. Always enjoyed working and associating with Bruce. He will be dearly missed by all who's lives were touched by his presence. May you rest in peace and prayers to the family.

I wanted to pass on my condolences to you and the girls Gloria.
Bruce was a great guy to be around; he was always up-beat and enjoyed a good joke. The only issue I had with him was because of his height and when he put things away you couldn’t find them because it was higher than I could see :) He had some interesting stories that he liked to share like his gold panning and working with the horses. We had fun at our company events and I now I always enjoyed having you and the family around.
Laura and I are thinking of you and that we know Bruce will be missed by you and the other people he had in his life.
