William Borrow Obituary
At the age of 79 years, Bill passed away at home in Carrot Creek, Alberta.
Born May1, 1942, in Parry Sound, Ont., he was the oldest son of Joseph William and Ellen Borrow. Husband of Fern Borrow, they were married on January 15, 1966, in Parry Sound, ON. Father of Cathy, Paula and Joe, grandfather to Christine (Ron) Stunzi, Lindsey (Arthur) Reid, Brian (Sarah) Borrow, Kenny (Alicia) Deans and Jesse Tkachuk and great grandfather to 10.
Bill worked for CNR as a track foreman for many years, which was the job he loved. One of Bill’s passions was volunteering and working with AA… One day at a time.
He was also survived by sisters Florence and Dorothy (John) as well as brother Jim and many nieces and nephews.
You will be deeply missed, Husband, Gramps, Father, Brother, Uncle, Friend.
Donations in Bill’s memory may be offered to a favourite charity.
On Bill’s request there will be no Memorial Service.
