With solem hearts we announce the passing of our beloved father on Tuesday, April 6, 2021. Nandor is survived by his two sons Dennis and Tim and granddaughter Leila Bakonyi.

To those who knew dad, you know he might have been small in stature but a giant in heart, always smiling, bringing joy to any room he entered, always ready to help anyone in need with endless generosity.

Fleeing the Hungarian revolution in 1956 with nothing more than a shirt on his back, he ended up settling in Jasper. He pursued a distinguished career serving Parks Canada and the community for over 32 years creating a prosperous life for himself and his family.

We will forever love and miss our loving father and loyal friend to many.
