It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our husband and father, Lyle Rodney Hall on Monday Dec. 12, 2022, in Hinton, AB.
He was born Feb. 2, 1947, in Maidstone Sask.to Arthur Hall and Anna "Eileen" McLean. Lyle was the oldest of 6 siblings.
Lyle made his home in Hinton and worked at the Pulp Mill for 30 years. He enjoyed camping, fishing, hiking, bowling, travelling the world and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, all of which he was so proud of.
Lyle is survived by his wife of 47 years and the love of his life, Beverly, children Angela (Stephan) and Kimberly (Tony), grandchildren Sasha (Jordan), Reya, Connor, Melissa, Zachary and Marek, as well as the newest member of the family, great grand-daughter Stevie.
Lyle was predeceased by his parents and brother Gordon.
Lyle's family would like to send their sincere gratitude to the caring soul who took the time to call 911, the EMS and RCMP who attended to him at the scene, Shannon from Victim ServicesConstable Johnson and to Dr. Rahn and the Hinton Healthcare Staff. We appreciate each and every one of you for your compassion and dedication to helping others in their time of need.
Thank you to everyone in the community, especially our friends, neighbors and colleagues, for surrounding us with so much love and support. You will never know how much each and every gesture has meant to us.
