Lore Lynn (McCallum) Dewalt

Sunrise July 14, 1969 – Sunset September 29, 2025

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lore Lynn DeWalt (McCallum).

After a brief battle with cancer, Lore has now joined her beloved parents Robert and Marlene McCallum. Lore has left behind her two brothers, Dan (Michele) McCallum of Riverview, Florida, and Ron McCallum of Kamloops, BC., as well as two nieces Kaitlin and Jessica, nephew Robert along with her Walmart 1048 family.

Lore had a few different jobs throughout her years but found her home and place with Walmart for the past eighteen years. Lore was a devoted member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 51 for over twenty-five years. In Lores spare time you could find her outside enjoying the sunsets, playing basketball, walking Minnie and tending to her gardens that she shared with her landlady Elaine.

Lore left an impression on everyone with her beautiful smile and sparkling eyes. She will be truly missed.

To honour Lore, donations can be made to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 51 or to the Ronald McDonald House.

As per Lore’s wishes there will be a private Celebration of Life on October 18, 2025.
