Lloyd William Findlay

Lloyd William Findlay passed away peacefully at the Edson Healthcare Centre on Saturday, February 3th, 2024, at the age of 77.

Lloyd is survived by his daughter Sandra (Dan) Robbins, grandsons Lucas and Ty Robbins, brothers Danny Findlay Sr., Leonard (Louise) Findlay and John (Valerie) Findlay, brother-in-law Ahti Holopainen, as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Lloyd was predeceased by his parents David and Marie Findlay, sisters Nancy Desjarlais, Vivian Holopainen and Linda Findlay, brothers Allan Findlay, Raymond Findlay, and Peter Findlay, and sister-in-law Madeleine Findlay.

We would like to thank the nurses and staff of the Edson Hospital Acute Care Unit for their care and compassion, and for making Lloyd’s final days as comfortable as possible.

The Wake will be held at the Edson Friendship Centre on Thursday, February 8th, 2024, from4:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

The Funeral Service will be held at the Edson Funeral Home on Friday, February 9th at 11:00 am with the interment to follow at Glenwood Cemetery.
