Lawrence Eugene Edgarson

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lawrence Eugene Edgarson at the age of 92. He was a long time resident of Jasper, a friend to many.

He leaves behind his beautiful wife of 70 years, Loretta June, his daughter Kory (Edgarson) Farnquist, grandchildren Kandi Eigard, Randi Farnquist, Michael Edgarson, Aurora Perrault and Timothy Perrault, great grandchildren Chris, Charlamaigne, Phillip, Maria, Rick and Angel, as well as many great-great grandchildren.

Laurie was a kind and loving man who had a great career with CN for 45 years. He retired in the spring of 1990. He was an avid fisherman in younger years, finishing off his “golden years” with his love for golfing and traveling with the love of his life, June. He will be sadly missed by all.

As per his wishes, Laurie will be cremated and the family has requested no service will be held.
