Joshua Douglas Clarkson Boychuk

Joshua Douglas Clarkson Boychuk was born February 9, 2003, in Grand Prairie, Alberta and passed away November 29, 2021, in Edson, Alberta, leaving this world way too soon. He was a kind and strong-willed young man. Always trying to help others but never accepting the help for himself. He always wanted to be first in everything and always told everyone how to do things ever since he could talk. He was born to drive and loved doing so even when it got him in to trouble. He had a strong love for music – always rapping and singing even to the 80’s songs with Grandma. He was always talking about how he was going to be a big rap artist one day – he even mixed and recorded some of his own music. He was loved by many.

Joshua is survived by his three siblings Derrick, Luke and Liam Boychuk; Father Jason Boychuk; Mother Melanie Clarkson; Stepmother Christie Brooks; Grandmother Brenda Boychuk; Grandmother Karen Clarkson; Grandfather Rick Lappenbush; best friend and confidant Laynie Belcourt and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Joshua is predeceased by his Grandfather William (Bill) Boychuk, and cousin Dalin Cook.

A celebration of his life was held on December 5, 2021; 1-4pm; at the Pinedale Hall.
