It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of John Michael Beaverbone of Hinton, Alberta, who left us far too soon on April 28, 2025, at the age of 29.
Michael will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Claire Beaverbone (Corey Bennett); his siblings, Danya, Tamara, and Jeremiah; and by many cousins, aunts, uncles, and extended family who cherished him deeply. He was a devoted son, a caring brother, and a loyal friend to many.
Michael was a big-hearted individual whose presence could light up any room. He had a natural gift for humor, and his laughter was infectious — filling every space with warmth and joy. His ability to bring smiles to those around him will be one of the many things deeply missed.
He was predeceased by his beloved Gookum, Dorothy "CheeChee" Whitford (Jerry Beaverbone), and George Beaverbone, who now welcome him with open arms.
A wake will be held on April 30, 2025, at the Hinton Friendship Centre, where friends and family are welcome to gather and share memories.
A Funeral Service will take place on May 1, 2025, at Muskeg Cemetery, Grande Cache.
Michael touched the lives of many with his kind spirit, and he will be forever remembered and dearly missed.
