Henry Leo Foisy

With great sadness and heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Henry Leo Foisy on October 2, 2022, at the age of 86 Years.

Henry was born in Lafond, Alberta on December 24, 1935, to Wilfred and Madeline (nee Paradis) Foisy.

Henry`s passion was playing music from a very young age. He enjoyed playing music on his fiddle and guitar with his musical family and friends.

Henry loved the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, quading and snowmobiling.

Henry painted, did flooring, built homes and did renovations.

Henry is lovingly remembered by his wife Vivian (nee Roberge).

His children; Denis, Angele (Brandon Mahdiuk), Mark (Lisa Worthing).

4 Grandchildren; Leanne, Krista, Erica and Cody.

6 Great grandchildren; Ayla, Taylum, Benjamin, Theodore, Zachari and Noah.

Surviving Siblings; Noella, Felix, Laurette and Alice.

As well as numerous extended family whom were very special to him.

Henry was predeceased by his daughter; Lea.

His parents; Wilfred and Madeline (nee Paradis) Foisy.

His siblings; Helene, Yvette, Armand, Jeannette, Lucille, Richard, Victor and Eric.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Hinton Healthcare Foundation in the memory of Henry Foisy.

A Funeral Mass will be held on November 5, 2022, at 1:00PM, at the “Our Lady of the Foothills Catholic Parish” in Hinton.
