Gerald Robinson Obituary
On September 4, 2021, Gerald Herbert Robinson passed away unexpectedly at home. The family is deeply saddened by his sudden death.
Gerald was born June 24, 1940, in Edson, AB.
He is survived by his wife, Ann, of 52 years, daughter Sandi (Kevin), son Robert (Yvonne) and grandchildren Devin, Danyka, Dustin, Dawson and Cora.
Gerald was predeceased by his parents Bob and Marie Robinson.
After graduating Gerald started work for Imperial Oil as a seismic operator. He stayed with Imperial for 23 years, at which time he started his own company Gerry Robinson Oilfield Trucking Ltd., which he took great pride in running for 40 years in Edson.
Gerald’s greatest joy was spending time with his family, grandchildren and animals at the farm. He could always be found maintaining the lawn or plowing snow in his backhoe, when time allowed, he loved to curl, golf and do crosswords.
