Elizabeth Alma Templeton

Liz was born Dec 15, 1931, on the family farm near Leader, Saskatchewan, to Henry and Alvina Klippert. She was the fifth of six children.

She met John Templeton and they were married June 14, 1952,  in Edmonton, Alberta.

Their daughter Debra was born in 1955 in Edmonton. After a short period, they moved to Irma, Alberta, in 1957, where Brad was born in 1958 followed by Greg in 1963. After a promotion they moved to Edson, Alberta, where Bryce was born in 1966.

They started Templeton's Greenhouses in 1974 and Yellowhead Florists in 1977. She enjoyed her role in both businesses and they along with her family were the focus of her life.

She cherished her 3 grandsons, Tim Bezaire (Trinia), Levi Templeton (Shelby) and Mason Templeton, who were the light of her life. Family suppers were filled with love, laughter and food.

Liz was predeceased by her husband John in 2004, as well as two son in-laws Doyle Bezaire and Eddie Miller, as well as her siblings Alvin, Bert, Con, Irene and Dorothy. She is survived by her children Debbie, Brad, Greg (Tracy) and Bryce, as well as nieces and nephews and extended family.

Her friends and family mourn her loss and will treasure her memory.
