January 14, 1930 ~ March 13, 2018

It is with great sorrow that the family of Edward Swider announce his passing on March 13, 2018 in Hinton, Alberta, at the age of 88. Ed lived in Porcupine Plain, Saskatchewan until he moved west to Alberta. He enjoyed fishing, feeding deer, birds and squirrels. Ed also enjoyed road trips with his late wife, Delphine. Ed was predeceased by his parents Ludwig and Maria, his wife Delphine, his sisters Adella, Emily, Alfreda and Bernice, his brothers Bernard and Adolph, his nephews Terry, Joey, Kenneth and Kenneth Jr. He leaves to cherish his memory Rose, Wendell and Nathan, Evelynn, Leon, Ross and Derek, Joanne, Ronald and Cody, Darren, Angie, Darcy and Robert. He also leaves numerous great-great nieces and nephews and his good friend of sixty years, Stanley Belcourt. Ed was the last man standing for both sides of his families. He will be loved and forever missed.
