Douglas Kolbe Obituary
With great sadness we announce the passing of Douglas Eric Kolbe on September 21, 2021, at the age of 75 in Hinton, AB.
Douglas will be missed and lovingly remembered by his daughter Teresa Bailey (Dana Harris), of Lake of the Prairies, MB., his son, Eric Kolbe, of Medicine Hat, AB., granddaughter Kiana Bailey of Edmonton, AB., brother Leonard Kolbe (Carol) nieces and nephews, Carol Kolbe, Tammy Kolby, Faron Kolbe, Livia Kolbe, Clarence Boyer and Kelvin Boyer as well as grand nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents William and Teresa Kolbe of Edson, AB., his brothers Donald Kolbe and Peter Kolbe as well as sister Sharon Boyer.
A special Thank-you to the staff at the Hinton Continuing Care and Dr. Muthanna who so lovingly cared for Doug over the past 3 years.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hinton Continuing Care or a charity of the donor’s choice.
A family Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
