Dianne Sharon Polak passed away peacefully at the Edson Health Care Centre on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at the age of 73 Years.

Dianne was born in Cadomin, AB on November 12, 1949. She loved to quilt, work in her flower garden and vegetable garden and she liked to collect antiques.

Dianne will be loved and missed by her husband Bill Polak; brother Calvin Zawerucka and his family Norma, Les, Twila and Zachary; cousins Ivy, Joan, Wayne and Jill and their families; John, Linda, Ivan, Rosie, Bertha, Shelly and James with their families; Jim, Johnathan, Jamie, Gary, Judy and families; Donna, Rob, Cory, Britny and their families; Barb and Jerry, aunt Robin and Bridget; Mike and Pat.

Dianne was pre-deceased by her parents, Harry and Agnes Zawerucka.
