Charlotte (May) Hodgins, age 93, passed away peacefully in her sleep on November 16th, 2025, in Hinton, Alberta.
A woman of extraordinary warmth, resilience, and generosity, May lived her life with an open heart and an enduring love for her family. She shared many devoted years with her late husband, Cal Hodgins, and together they created a legacy of strength and togetherness.
May carried the deep sorrow of losing her children Ron, Penny, and Lori, yet she met every hardship with grace and quiet courage. She leaves behind her loving sons Keith and Greg, her daughter Debbie, and a large extended family of grandchildren and great-grandchildren who were the light of her life.
She will be remembered for the way she lived her best life—with humor, kindness, and a spirit that welcomed everyone. Her home was a place of comfort, her stories were filled with wisdom, and her love touched all who knew her.
May’s legacy lives on in the hearts of her family and in the many cherished memories she leaves behind.
Her family will gather privately to honor her life and the lasting impact she made.
