Brenda Jones

Regretfully, Brenda Jones of Hinton, Alberta, died on the 30th of April 2024, at the age of 77.

Brenda worked for many years at the Yellowhead Emergency Shelter where she served as a counselor. Passionate about seeing the world, she travelled extensively to various destinations throughout her life.

She leaves behind her loving common-law husband of 29 years, Barry Kelly. She is also survived by her three children, Rhys Brigham of Picton, Ontario, Huw Brigham of Belleville, Ontario and Amanda Brigham of Kingston, Ontario. She is also survived by her sister, Janet Pickavance (nee Jones) of Swansea, Wales, United Kingdom, and her long-time travelling companion Cindy LeClercq, also of Hinton, Alberta.

There will be no funeral or memorial service. As per her choice, Brenda requested cremation. Her ashes will be spread in the country of her birth, Wales.
